MANAGEMENT TEAM The Client Iridium Satellite LLC is the only provider of truly global mobile satellite voice and data solutions with complete coverage of the world. Through a constellation of 66 low-earth orbiting (LEO) satellites operated by The Boeing Company, Iridium delivers essential communications services to and from remote areas where no other form of communication is available. Executive Background Gino Picasso was recruited by Paul Unger as Iridium’s CEO and has since become a client. Mr. Picasso joined Iridium from ACE*COMM Corporation, a provider of operations support systems software to telecommunications service providers. As President & COO of ACE*COMM, he reorganized and streamlined the company’s operations to realize its leadership position in real-time data warehousing and information delivery systems. Prior to joining ACE*COMM, Mr. Picasso served as President of GE Capital Spacenet Services. He also held several senior management positions with other GE units including GE Americom, GE Communications & Services and GE Information Services.
